IV Twelve is a new venture launched by Neil MacLeod, providing an experienced Project Management partner for key clients.
Neil’s hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach provides genuine,
practical support to projects and assignments, separating IV Twelve from
other project management organisations. His capability stems from over
30 years’ experience in the construction industry across many sectors and
roles, in projects at all stages of the development life cycle
In the last 10 years Neil’s focus has predominantly been on major
commercial projects, representing both tenants and landlords as project
director, owner’s representative and independent certifier. His individual
and corporate leadership abilities, coupled with his holistic understanding
of project and construction management and proven ability to deliver
to budget and schedule, provide assurance that he can support clients
and projects at all stages. Neil can work independently as an externally
engaged consultant or be integrated into an existing team environment.
In either option Neil will ensure the project team works towards the
common goal.
